Information We Collect
AcePro may collect and receive Customer Data and other information and data from Organizations and their users (“Other Information”) in a variety of ways:
- Customer Data. Individuals or Organizations or individual end-users granted access to an Account by an Organization (“Authorized Users”) routinely submit Customer Data to AcePro when using the Services.
- Other Information. AcePro also collects, generates and/or receives Other Information:
- Account and Account Information. To create or update a personal profile you will be requested to provide AcePro with an email address, password, and similar account details. When creating a profile for an organization you or an authorized administrator from your organization will be asked to provide details about your business. Personal and organization profiles maybe prepopulated with information that is already publicly available through online resources, databases etc.
- Usage Information.
- Services Metadata. When an Authorized User interacts with the Services, metadata is generated that provides additional information about the way Authorized Users use the Services. For example, AcePro logs your activity and other Authorized Users and Accounts and the features and content you interact with.
- Log data. As with most Apps and technology services delivered over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our Services and record it in log files. This log data may include the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your device used to access the Services, browser type and settings, the date and time the Services were used, information about browser configuration and plugins, language preferences and cookie data.
- Device information. AcePro collects information about devices accessing the Services, including type of device, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers and crash data.
